Overview
We developed an AI-powered home services platform that connects users with verified service professionals for home maintenance, repair, cleaning, and other on-demand services through intelligent service matching and automated scheduling systems.
The Challenge
Home-service marketplaces usually struggle on two fronts: matching the right professional to a job fast, and giving customers pricing they can trust before work starts. This client wanted AI to handle the matching and generate quotes upfront, rather than leaving customers to negotiate with providers manually.
The Solution
We built the mobile apps on React Native with an MVVM architecture for maintainable state management, and added an AI-based matching engine that pairs jobs with verified professionals along with an AI quotation tool that generates visual, itemized estimates before booking. Live tracking over Socket.IO shows the professional en route, and Razorpay/Stripe handle dynamic pricing and payment.
